Terms and Conditions – Harmoniq Audio IVS
1. Genral information:
The following sales, trade and delivery conditions apply to the purchase of goods on www.harmoniqaudio.dk, which are owned by:

All agreements are by default conducted in Danish.
Payment for items ordered on www.harmoniqaudio.dk can be made online using the following payment methods:
• Visa Electron
• Mastercard Debit
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out / discontinued items. We reserve the right to change prices without prior consent.
4. When ordering:
When you have ordered at www.harmoniqaudio.dk, you will automatically receive an order confirmation and an overview of your order by email. After this, the order will be processed. If the order has been sent, it will no longer be possible to make changes to the order.
5. Cancellation of order:
Orders that have not yet been sent can be canceled by contacting us via firstname.lastname@example.org or +45 28 19 23 86.
Harmoniq Audio IVS tilstræber at afsende ordre indgået inden kl. 12.00 samme dag, ordrer herefter sendes næstfølgende hverdag. Varer vil blive leveret på leveringsadressen, der angives ved bestillingen.
Dine varer sendes som udgangspunkt med GLS, alternativt med fragtmand.
OBS: Hvis der ikke er plads på udleveringsstedet (fx PakkeShop) bliver pakken flyttet til nærmeste udleveringssted, hvilket du får besked om. Opstår der problemer, kontakt da Harmoniq Audio IVS.
Vi sender bestillinger i indkommende rækkefølge. Ved udsalg kan der derfor forekomme længere leveringstid. Dette vil blive oplyst i et sådan tilfælde.
Vi leverer hovedsageligt til Danmark, men kan også levere til resten af EU samt Norge.
Der leveres varer alle ugens hverdage. Harmoniq Audio IVS tilstræber, men garanterer ikke, at dine varer vil blive leveret 1-3 hverdage efter bestillingen.
For visse varer gælder særlige leveringsvilkår. Betingelserne vil fremgå specifikt forud for køb af disse varer.
7. Shipping price:
We use GLS for shipping.The shipping price is 250DKK for delivery to GLS Pakkeshop and 250DKK for GLS home delivery.Track-and-Trace numbers will be sent so that it is possible to follow the order from our warehouse to the agreed delivery location.
8. Right of withdrawal:
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order, or:
• Receive the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several installments.
• Receive the last batch, or last part in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several lots / parts.
• Receive the first item in physical possession of a regular delivery of items over a certain period.
The right of withdrawal applies to consumers who shop via www.harmoniqaudio.dk. The right of withdrawal does not apply to traders, public companies, institutions, etc.
9. The items condition upon return:
If the item has lost value and it is because you haveused it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works, you can only get part of the purchase amount back.
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to test the item. For example, in the form of, but not limited to: Use not in accordance with the instructions for use, use in humid environments, overload, incorrect connection, etc.
In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must therefore test the item without constructively, visually or otherwise modifying the item. Furthermore, any damage, scratches, marks, shocks, abuse or the like will mean that you do not get the full purchase price returned. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item for us, and in some cases, it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
If the item has been tested in addition to that described above, it is considered used. Which means that in the event of cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time the item is returned to Harmoniq Audio IVS.
We therefore recommend that you send the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it can lead to a decrease in the value of the item.
Harmoniq Audio will troubleshoot and inspect returned goods and assess the extent of the damage and any depreciation in the value oft he goods.
10. Refund of the purchase amount:
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has depreciated in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received yourreturn at the office.
We return the money with the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase. If this is not possible, a credit note can be issued. It is not returned to other cards.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us proof of returning the item.
Return costs must be covered by you. Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and the item must be returned within 14 days of the cancellation. The notice must be given per. mailto email@example.com
In the notice, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you want to return the item to us, you must fill in the enclosed return form.
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You mustbear the direct costs of returning. Upon return, you are responsible for the item being properly packed. You must attach a copy of the order confirmation.
The expedition goes faster if you also fill in and enclose our cancellation form. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back. We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

You cannot regret by simply refusing to receive the item without giving clear notice. You may be charged a fee in cases where you have not clearly given notice of exercising the right of withdrawal.

12. Goods exempt the right of cancellation:
The following product types are not included in the right of cancellation:
• Products that are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have a clear personal touch.
• Sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal is broken after delivery.
• Goods that due to their nature become inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
• Items where the seal is broken.
• Performed non-financial services if the provision of the service has commenced with the prior express consent of the consumer and recognition that the right of cancellation ceases when the service is fully completed.
• Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and recognition thereof, that he or she thereby loses his or her right of cancellation.
• Newspapers, magazines or periodicals, excluding subscription agreements for such publications.
• Agreements entered at a public auction
• Goods that deteriorate or become obsolete rapidly.
A 2-year guarantee is granted in accordance with the purchase law. Our guarantee applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned ora reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect handling of the product / service. You must complain ina "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect / error.Complaints within 2 months will always be within a reasonable time.
Harmoniq Audio IVS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent. If you wish to make use of the guarantee, please contact Harmoniq Audio IVS in advance - Goods will not be accepted without prior agreement.
14. Returned goods that do not contain defects:
Upon return of defective or incorrect goods to Harmoniq Audio IVS, where defects or defects, defined and stated by the customer, are not found, the goods will be returned to the customer including a test fee.
The test fee is 200 per. half an hour incl. VAT. The test fee is calculated based on time spent in connection with testing and troubleshooting.
If accessories are included, the number and product description must be included. If accessories are included that do not immediately appear on the enclosed RMA form (complaint form), Harmoniq AudioIVS cannot be held responsible for any loss of these effects.
Items should be returned with an invoice copy, where the time of purchase for the advertised product appears, as the item will otherwise be discarded until there is an invoice copy and possibly error message on the product.
15. Satisfaction guarantee:
Harmoniq Audio IVS guarantees your satisfaction with the goods. You have 30 days after receipt of the item to become familiar with the product and use it in accordance with the instructions for use.
If you wish to return the product, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, stating the order number and giving clear notice of utilizing the satisfaction guarantee. We hope you will describe the reason why you are not satisfied with the product or the service.
We point out that by utilizing the satisfaction guarantee, you may be liable for any impairment in connection with your short-term use of the item, as specified in section 9.
At Harmoniq Audio IVS, we provide an extraordinary10-year warranty on our speakers. The warranty covers all defects that the customer detects within the warranty period. However, the warranty does not cover defects due to improper use or external influences; for example, moisture, liquid damage, bleaching due to sunlight or similar. Likewise, the warranty does not cover ordinary expected wear and tear.
